Synchrologic Inc.

Data Synchronisation vendor Synchrologic had been planning to open an office in Europe for some time but had been frustrated in their search for staff.

Wheatstone provided services from our "Ignition" portfolio which included:

     •     Establishing and registering the company

     •     Conducting market research activities

     •     Preparing launch marketing materials and activities

     •     Channel recruitment and development

     •     Participation at a major UK IT exhibition.

Assistance was also provided with the recruitment effort to find and interview UK based full time staff.

When a full-time Managing Director was identified and appointed, the stewardship of the business was handed over completely for him to continue with its development.

Following successful international expansion, Synchrologic was subsequently acquired by Intellisync Inc.
